BUILDRITE is capable of providing complete support to architects and building professionals by developing CAD shop drawings for each unit. We collaborate closely with the customer to help them select wood species, finish color and hardware.
After customer approval of shop drawings, the project is sent into production. We can guarantee delivery in 10-12 weeks from this point, shorter for smaller projects.
We ship our products directly from the factory in Europe using sealed sea-cargo containers. We do not utilize Less-than-Container Load (LCL) international shipments which means that we minimize material handling once the products leave the factory.
Delivered with an BUILDRITE boxtruck, are supervised by BUILDRITE staff. Our truck drivers are also our window installers. Our staff can provide free contractor installation training on the day of the delivery.
We offer our customers a five-year warranty on our windows and doors. However, our dedication to customer service is not limited to the warranty period. We are committed to being there for our customers for any issues that might arise with our products.
