RoPlast 500 , 5 chambers square or round profiles mad from Upvc frame with 20% recyclable plastic with organic additives without lead or staniu ,metal reinforced chamber , 3’’ wide on white , glass up to 34 mm , frame color grey or black with 2 ,weep water drain system and vented chambers .
RoPlast 700
RoPlast 700 , The 6-chamber profile with a depth of 70 mm has a special design with rounded edges and polygonal surfaces. Solid700 is equipped with reinforcements sized to cope with any demand.
Profiles are cut by cutting at an angle and joined by hot gluing (melting and pressing)
The uprights are joined mechanically with the help of metal strap connectors.
To stiffen the PVC profiles and to cancel the expansion and contraction phenomena due to temperature variations, all profiles are reinforced with steel reinforcements with a thickness of at least gauge 18 , installed with self-tapping screws at a maximum distance of 1.5’’.
RoPlast 700 Eco
RoPlast 700 Eco has a depth of 70 mm/3.5’’ and exceptional thermal and sound insulation parameters up to R7.5 , 1,2 W / m2K .
6 chambers with thickness of 3 mm walls , hexa-chamber structure and the possibility of sealing with three rows of gaskets, these profiles belong to the higher R value class .
