Find and purchase the lot
We will provide a free quote on chosen lot , no land , no problem , our Land Specialist will be able to connect you with our Realtor Partners to find the perfect lot to build on.
In- Depth research of house type
These in-depth questions will help us work with you to implement an existing floor plan or help you customize a design that truly meets your family’s needs. If you decide that new construction is right for you, but you’re uncertain about what type of new build you’d like to go with, look at your budget and try to decide the level of customization you want and how much house your budget will allow for.
Select Your House Plan
The first step to building your new home is selecting and designing what fits your lifestyle and budget. Through a series of questions, your BuildRite rep will help you determine which floor plan best suits your needs. You own design
Now that you have the perfect plan, your Buildrite Manager will help you add all special touches that make your home uniquely yours. From our exquisite landscaping , ICF forms, Superior walls forms basements , framing ZIP walls with a higher R insulation rate, metal roofing self-standing seams ( 30-40 years lifespan) to hardwood or ceramic radiant floors, quartz/quartzite counter tops, marble or porcelain tiles ,masonry or gas fireplaces with stacked stone or brick, triple pan European tilt and turn windows ,all be added at this point. At BuildRitte LLC it’s one stop shopping. Thru our suppliers and unlimited resources you’ll find everything you need to make your house your home .
Budgeting and cost
On Completion of all the special touches and final site improvements estimates, our crew will give you the final cost to build your new home.
Sign Contract
Misunderstandings happen on construction projects, but when the details are outlined in a construction contract, it makes everyone’s lives easier. A construction contract, also known as a construction agreement, puts both parties’ obligations in writing, so clients know what to expect in terms of performance and contractors know what you expect in terms of payment.
Get the permits and Start Construction
From site preparation, foundation, and framing through mechanicals, interior and exterior finishes, every step is quality-assured by your Project ManagerConstruction of your new dream house begins on site.
